The proposed hotel and casino development will be branded Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol (“Hard Rock Bristol”). The Proposer intends to leverage the power of the Hard Rock brand, with a focus on relevant sources of entertainment and a concept and design that is sensitive to Bristol and the surrounding community.
The Development
Hard Rock’s internal development team has extensive experience developing cafes, hotels, and casinos throughout the world. Hard Rock’s experience in the development process is one that will be most helpful in the long-term planning of the city and will take into account the ability for the properties to grow over decades. This master planning will help ensure the long-run success of the project but also as an economic driver for the City of Bristol.
