The only hotels that will be approved are local hotels Bristol Casino has partnered with. Rooms must be booked through Bristol Casino to receive the covered stay. Room reimbursement is not eligible. Please visit Players Club for more information. Points will automatically be deducted once the confirmation is sent. Only the room is covered with your point redemption. Bristol Casino is not responsible for incidentals. Bristol Casino will not cover room service charges, charge backs for dining, or any other additional fees associated with your stay. Guest will be required to put a credit card on file with the hotel upon arrival to cover incidental charges. Additional nights must be booked through the Bristol Casino. or they will not be covered. In the event guest does not stay at the hotel, no refunds or points will be added back to their account. The hotel will continue to bill for the missed stay. To cancel a stay, guest must follow the cancellation policy the hotel they are booked with has. The hotel will notify the Bristol Casino if the stay was cancelled in time for there to be no charge. We will then inform the guest of their points being adjusted back. No hotel bookings the day of will result in points being returned. Bristol Casino is not responsible for the experience, issues that occur, or any damages associated with their stay.
